| I currenlty work for an Academic Library at a Higher Education Institution developing web-based information search and retrieval technologies. As libraries store more and more information in digital form and move away from paper based resources, there is a need for more effective web based discover resources. PHP allows for these types of applications to be rapidly developed and deployed to allow for users to react while we learn more and more about user expectation and user needs. |
